Festive Chai Hot Chocolate

Serves 4

4 cups (960ml) almond milk, unsweetened
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. maple syrup
⅛ tsp. ground cardamom
⅛ tsp. ground allspice
⅛ tsp. ground nutmeg
¼ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground ginger

What You Need to Do:

1. Place all the ingredients into a medium sized pot over a medium/high heat.
2. Bring to a rolling boil and whisk until everything has dissolved.
3. Reduce the heat and gently simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
